no, she probably doesn't mean that at all. she's going on a date soon, with someone else, she's not asking for a kiss, she's just asking about kisses. it makes perfect sense. prompta has been asking alisaie's opinion on virtually everything, from her hair to her clothes to the way she talks, doing everything in her power to see to it that this date goes perfectly.
maybe alisaie should put green hair dye in prompta's shampoo, maybe then she would be too afraid to go on her stupid date!!!!
